Well it snowed for the first time this year on Sunday morning. We woke up to three inches of the most beautiful perfect snowball/snowman snow. Of course, I couldn't wait to get Porter and I dressed in our snow gear and head outside. (If you don't know, I am like a little kid when it comes to the snow. I could have snow on the ground from November to March.) Davy said we should wait until after Church, but I knew by then it would be melted. So we got dressed and headed outside for what I thought would be endless mom and tot fun in the snow. (Davy wasn't at all interested in the snow festivities.) Much to my chagrin, as soon as I stood Porter up in the snow, he started crying. He wanted nothing to do with it. So after one great minute enjoying the snow, we went inside. Oh well; maybe next time.

I love the picture of Porter all bundled up. He looks like the kid in "A Christmas Story". My kids looked like that too!
Leah stole my comment. I totally thought that the moment I saw that picture. "I can't put my arms down"
