After the race and Conference, we headed to Grammy Jill's for her annual Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny left 21 eggs for each kid. Can you say sugar overload? Khloe and Porter dug in immediately.
Little Princess is such a goer. She is off as soon as you put her down.
I can't believe that she's almost two.
Porter loved hunting for eggs. Afterwards, he, Damon, and Ryli hid empty eggs throughout the house to find again. They played without one incident. MIRACLE! Wouldn't have happened last year.
My kids definitely have my sweet tooth.
I LOVE this picture. Khloe loves her Aunt Taryn and Aunt Mandy. Don't you love that her vampire teeth came in first. What a great smile!
Here's Porter the next morning after finding his Easter basket at home.

Then we were off to Grandma's house for more egg hunting.
Porter needed a crane to lift his basket it was so heavy.
He's definitely got a lot of people who love and SPOIL him. On the way back to Grammy Jill's for dinner we talked about the real purpose of Easter. When we asked him what happened to Jesus, he said, "He was crucifi-ed." "Where did they put his body?" "In the tomb." "Where did he go when the tomb was empty?" "Up to heaven." I'm so grateful that he knows that important story and that we can be a family forever because of it.

Oh my gosh, I love the sugar overload! Looks like you guys had a wonderful holiday. I love Porter's version of the real meaning of Easter...so cute!
