Davy has been working so hard lately and hasn't been able to play much golf. So trying to be thoughtful, I sent him this text:"I wanted to do something nice for you today.
How about a round of golf for you and your buddy McKay?
It's okay with the wives so call soon.
Have a good time and know we love you!"
Well, to my delight, he responded,
"What about a round of golf with my BEST friend?"
So thanks to Ry, Kes, Mom, and Brent for watching the kids, we headed to the Cedars for 9 holes.

It was super windy, but we had a blast. We've always loved golfing together and this was no exception. Davy had some good shots and great bounces out of the river rock:) I chipped it in on the 9th, so I can definitely go play again.
I'm so glad that we have things that we can do together to reconnect and be Davy and Lisa, instead of Daddy and Mommy. I had such a great night. Thanks Love for wanting to play with your best friend. I love you!

Scott and I love golfing together too! It's the best. But lately it is the whole family in two carts which is fun...but just not the same! Nice Chip in on the 9th. I'm so proud!
What a sweet heart...both of you! So lucky to have a husband that would rather play with you then his 'man friends!' :) Kurt is that way too and it makes me grateful every day!
