Friday night was Date Night! We went to the Il Divo concert. I love them; Davy, not so much. He was definitely a good sport. It was great getting out of the house. Thank you Aunt Taryn for coming over to watch the kids.
Can I just say how much I love my husband? He is so good to me and spending time together is the best. I am so lucky to have him!
Mom and Brent went with us. Mom and I were in hysterics when Carlos, the "Spanish lover" singer, put on the charm. The camera zoomed in on his face as he was wooing the audience.
Carlos is the one in the far left corner. Il Divo is amazing. They are SOOO talented. For the encore, they sang Amazing Grace. WOW!! It is my favorite version from their latest cd.
We had great seats and had a wonderful time. Davy joked that it smelled like Depends and Beer, due to the fact that most of the audience was at least 75, including the grandma in front of us drinking the whole time. Too funny. Still, it was a fantastic, once in a lifetime show!
